What is PIP'S? What does it mean?
The name was taken from
noun: pip; plural noun: pips
- a small hard seed in a fruit.
PIP is also the acronym of our squirrel "tribe Peddy | Irie | Plify ", who will narrate you the stories of the food. Hence PIP'S
Where can i buy PIP'S at retail stores?
PIP'S is currently NOT available in retail outlets.
What is the allergen information for your products?
Please always refer to the allergy advice on the label before consuming anything.
Almond/Cashew Butters: not suitable for tree nut allergy sufferers. Whilst our Almond Butter factory can ensure that no peanuts are present, they can't guarantee incoming ingredients have never been in a truck with a peanut for example. We therefore recommend that you do not consume our Almond Butters if you suffer from a severe peanut allergy.
Peanut Butters: not suitable for peanut or tree nut allergy sufferers.
Milk Chocolate Nut Butter Cups: not suitable for peanut and tree nut allergy sufferers. Contains milk and soya.
Dark Chocolate Nut Butter Cups: not suitable for peanut and tree nut allergy sufferers. Contains soya and may contain milk (while there is no milk in the recipe, milk products are handled in the factory).
Are your products gluten free?
Yes, all of our products are entirely gluten free!
Our all natural ingredients are carefully selected to ensure that we keep our products free from gluten.
Are your products suitable for vegetarians?
Yes! All of our products are suitable for vegetarians so you can enjoy our full range of nut butters and nut butter cups.
Are your products suitable for vegans?
We are vegan friendly, not certified vegan yet.

Why are your products not organic?
It’s simple: the cost. We really want to make products that are as accessible as possible, and organic nuts would make our nut butters (and cups) much more expensive. Instead we focus on sourcing the highest quality nuts from select and renowned suppliers.
Are your products free from genetically modified ingredients?
Yes. We don’t use any GMO ingredients in our products.
How long do your products last for?
Nut Butter Cups: once a pack is opened, we recommend eating our nut butter cups within 3 days (we'll be highly impressed if they last longer than 3 minutes though!) We recommend storing them in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
How do i track the status of my order?
You can either login to your account to review the status of your order or review the order confirmation email which was sent to you on your registered email address at the time of order confirmation. You will receive an additional confirmation message once your order has been shipped through our shipping partners.
How long does it take to ship my order?
All our orders are processed within two working days if the order is received before 17:00 (5 pm) Monday to Friday. Orders once received after 17:00, on Saturday/ Sunday or on Holidays we will begin processing the following working day. Once shipped through our shipping partners, depending on the location your order should reach you in about 5 working days. Inadvertent delays may occur due to travel restrictions due to weather, festivities or other external factors that are outside our control. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be minor processing and shipping delays.
What are your payment methods?
We accept all online payments with credit cards, debit cards, net banking and a host of e-wallets.
What are your shipping charges?
A nominal shipping fee of Rs. 49 is charged to ensure your package reaches you in-time and in good shape.
I paid online, money has been debited from my account. Order has not been placed. What do i do now?
If your account has been debited after an order failure, the debited amount is automatically returned to the original payment method. It is normally rolled back to your account within 7 business days. You can email us on email@example.com with your order number for any clarification.
Any hidden charges at the time of placing the order?
There are no hidden charges. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary at the time of check out.
Can i cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped, please contact our customer care center +919490059005 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled.
What happens if my order arrives melted?
We’re real food with no preservatives (awesome), but that means we can melt in the warmer months (less awesome). From May to September, we do our best to prevent this by shipping with insulation/cold packs, but sometimes the weather gets the best of us. If your order arrives melted, message us at email@example.com and we’d be happy to send a replacement. Also, if your product melts, all is not lost. Press it flat, pop it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes and viola.
