You can either login to your account to review the status of your order or review the order confirmation email which was sent to you on your registered email address at the time of order confirmation. You will receive an additional confirmation message once your order has been shipped through our shipping partners.

All our orders are processed within two working days if the order is received before 17:00 (5 pm) Monday to Friday. Orders once received after 17:00, on Saturday / Sunday or on Holidays we will begin processing the following working day. Once shipped through our shipping partners, depending on the location your order should reach you in about 5 working days. Inadvertent delays may occur due to travel restrictions due to weather, festivities or other external factors that are outside our control. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be minor processing and shipping delays.

To ensure the prompt and safe delivery of your package, a minimal shipping fee of Rs. 49 is applied.

No, Corn is a whole-grain food, and all types of corn are gluten-free. Gluten is a protein found in whole-grain foods such as wheat, rye, barley and triticale. Gluten makes dough elastic and baked goods chewy. However, it can cause severe intestinal problems for individuals with celiac diseases or other intestinal problems. Since popcorn does not contain gluten or wheat, it is a good snack option for individuals on a gluten-free diet.

No! Believe it or not, our kernels are naturally the size that they are.

No, our products do not qualify as organic, although they are free of GMOs and contain no artificial ingredients.

We’re real food with no preservatives (awesome), but that means we can melt in the warmer months (less awesome). From May to September, we do our best to prevent this by shipping with insulation\/cold packs, but sometimes the weather gets the best of us. If your order arrives melted, message us at info@timla.in and we’d be happy to send a replacement. Also, if your product melts, all is not lost. Press it flat, pop it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes and viola

Once a pack is opened, we recommend eating our nut butter cups within 3 days (we'll be highly impressed if they last longer than 3 minutes though!) We recommend storing them in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
