We do know that getting a defective product can be disappointing and thus, we take full responsibility to make sure that our policies are as easy and convenient as possible. If your product is defective, you can choose from either of the three resolutions:

What can I do if I received the wrong order (wrong flavors, quantity, etc.)?
We’re sorry we messed up! Let us make it right. If you did not receive what is on your packing list, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line “Wrong Order” and include your name and order number to get the process started.
You can choose one of two options:
1) Keep the incorrect order and receive a refund
2) Send back the incorrect order and receive the correct shipment. You will not be required to pay for return shipping.
Please note that if the shipment matches what is on the packing list, the order is considered correct.
My order arrived damaged. Now what?
Send a photo of the damaged product to email@example.com with the subject line “Damage”, include your name and order number, and we will replace your order.
